Can we set the NACHA File and Positive Pay File to be locked or only certain people can download it?

Hi Team,

My client wants the NACHA File and Positive Pay File to be locked or only certain people can download it. Is that even possible? The reason is they don't want their AP Clerks to get the opportunity to manipulate it before sending this to the bank.
