Report keeps rounding decimals

We have a report to calculate our rebates by customer. One column is the rebate %, another is the total gross. One of our rebates is 9.5%. However, in the excel export, it keeps rounding the 9.5% up to 10% and multiplying the total gross accordingly. This leads to us giving the customer too large a rebate. I don't see in the report customization where to get it to stop doing this. Is there a way to fix this?
