How to copy complete data from one NS account to another

Hello

I am losing the data after every refresh in my sandbox account. Want to learn ways to copy complete data(employees/payroll/bills and all data) from one account into another account(either production/Sandbox).
We are preparing data in the Sandbox account and after refreshing losing it every time. Again creating the data in account is taking so much time.

Or is there a way we can take a complete data backup before refreshing and restoring data after refreshing the account?

Kindly help me with any approach
