Copy and Paste Image Into Message

SuiteAnswers 8910 indicates "You can send an inline picture by copying and pasting the picture into the message field."

This appears to work on the NS side (ie. the image is viewable in the Message). However, the recipient does not see the image but the base coding per below. Should this be working? Thanks -
