How can add an email address in scheduled reports?

Hi, recently i started to note specifically in saved scheduled reports, that the mail field is blocked, so i saved the addresses as partners, but when i created those reports it was enabled to write an email freely. It's a new feature or maybe an option that i need to enable in the settings?
