Anyone having issues with a record based on a List in 2024.1

We updated to 2024.1 on 4/6/24. Since then I've seen a few issues. One when having the extension NetSuite: HTML Script Notes1.70Add HTML elements and styles to your script notes. View Pretty Print JSON objects. Links to records. This extension is no longer compatible with 2024.1.

Another issue that has me puzzled is a custom record field created from a list/record. Prior to 2024.1 the fields would default to the first item in the list without specifying a default value on the Validation and Defaulting tab. Now the fields default to a blank entry.
Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
