We Implemented RF Smart Shipping and are running into an issue with International orders. Zero dollar lines are not allowed for customs documentation. Our Cues come with a standard weight bolt that the customer can change when placing the order, so it is on a separate line. We do not charge for this, as it is part of the cue. I found a way to correct this, but am wondering if there is a way in the system to apply Free Item Discount under the line automatically when the order is created for all zero $ items. I manually set
