Not able to capture credit card authorization when creating cash sales
When a web store order is created and customer pay by credit card, a payment event is created as "Authorization". When the order is fulfilled, a cash sale will be generated and another payment event will be created as "Capture Authorization". See below screenshot as example.
However, there are couple of instances where the payment event is "Sale" when the cash sale was created. When looking into the cash sales with payment event as "Sale", it turns out that "Sale" is the only Payment Operation option. Those with "Capture Authorization" have both options available.
We believe "Capture Authorization" should be the correct event, and is puzzled why on a handful of cash sales "Sale" is the only option.
