We pay Canadian invoices in Canadian dollars. Whe the bank converts it to US $ there is alwasy a Delta between the invoice tht got paid and the amount recorded in US $. How do I reconcile both amounts?

I now make a manual entry to match both amounts and run it through the invome statement. Is there a better way to do it?
