Marking Sales Channels as Inactive
We currently use Sales Channels as a means of differentiating different seasons of inventory and sales, ex: Spring 23, Fall 23, etc. I am attempting to mark Spring and Fall 23 as inactive, however when I submit those sales channels as inactive, I'm getting an error
All of these sales orders have been fulfilled and billed and paid in their entirety. Does anyone know why Netsuite would treat them as "outstanding sales orders in progress?"
