Saved Search - SEND EMAIL ALERTS WHEN RECORDS ARE CREATED/UPDATED
Hi All, I have a saved search that sends an email when a transaction is created/updated (Cash Sale, Customer Deposit or Customer Payment). The email is sent with no issues when the transaction is created/updated by a User. The problem comes when the payment record is created/updated by "System" through a script. No email is sent when the payment record is created/updated in this case. The transaction does show in the saved search results and the execution log shows it was executed as System, but no email is sent. The email is to be sent to an existing User/Employee
