SuiteScript/SuiteCloud communication with MS Dataverse (Dynamics 365)

Greetings, I'm beginning to explore ways to a) retrieve MS Dataverse/Dynamics 365 data from within NetSuite via SuiteScript; and b) retrieve NetSuite data from MS PowerApps for use in Dynamics. Haven't been able to find much online about this so far, and curious if anyone here has any experiences or tips.
