NSC | NetSuite Menu Bars Are Missing
The NetSuite menu bars might be missing due to several reasons:
- Customization
- Browser Issues
- Permissions
See below steps on how to troubleshoot and isolate the issue:
- Determine how many users are affected by the issue.
- Check for any changes in the user's preferences, permissions, and role.
- Use a different browser.
- Use the browser's incognito mode.
- Most likely, this is due to a caching issue. Clear your browser's cache and restart a fresh browser window to resolve the problem.
