Fixed bid interval billing schedule

Hi team,

I'm using Fixed bid, interval billing schedule for my project, starting from 4/1 to 8/17. My billing schedule is monthly occurred. The total project amount is 240000. Could anyone explain why my billing schedule in my sales order is like the screenshot below?
