Formula to calculate markup % from custom cost field to base price field

How do I write a formula that shows what our item mark up is from the custom bom cost field (field ID: custitem7) to our base price? How we calculate outside of Netsuite using the 2 number highlighted in the example would be:

=100%-(5208.33/8608.00)

The result is 39% (with rounding)
