Change RMA Next Approver
Hello,
I need to update our Return Authorization approval routing, I need to change the Next Approver from Employee A to Employee B.
We have a custom workflow for our RMA approval. But I cant figure out what triggers or set the Next Approver field. Here is our workflow, from Initiation to Pending Approval states:
