javascript/NLUtil.js not found error

I've been using the "NetSuite: HTML Script Notes" extension for Chrome for quite a while. Recently however, when enabled, I receive "Script file 'https://xxxxxxxx-sb1.app.netsuite.com/javascript/NLUtil.js' not found" errors when viewing system logs and saved search results. I've left a message for the developer, but since the error always references sb1, even when working in our PROD environment, I wonder if there is a chance that the file is actually missing from our SB environment. How can I tell?
