P&L report access restricted to a location for a custom role

Hi,

I am creating a custom role with P&L access only - the goal here is for the user assigned to the custom role to be able to see the P&L report only for one specific location (data for any other location shouldn't show or else the filter values for other locations should be greyed out). Is this something that's possible?
