No page response, page goes dead

I have received this issue from a team member. Anyone aware as to why this is happening for them? THANK YOU!

"The issue I’m having is the page will go dead to any input. It happens every other day or so. Not all the time and just infrequent enough to make me re-enter the ticket. Other tabs on the browser still work. Only the tab with netsuite goes inactive (without a page inactive error). "
