Lead Conversion Overall % Rate Issue

Hello there, i've had to build a pretty convoluted Lead to Prospect to Customer Conversion Saved Search, mainly because our processes are quite convoluted, it works well in terms of Prospect, Lost Opps etc, but looking to get a Conversion percentage on all leads that have remained as leads vs alll other stages, (Prospect, Customer), below is my columns, with the attempt i've made (ie a count of all leads vs. a count of everything that has progressed), but coming up as 'Error:Invalid Expression', would be grateful for any advice on how i can edit the formula to get
