"A User Error Has Occurred" on Transaction Tile on Vendor Dashboard
Has anyone ever received this error on the transaction portlet? It is occurring for only 1 user on 2 of her 3 profiles. Other individuals on the same profile are not experiencing this issue and I am unable to replicate on my device and her profile or the admin profile.
Resolutions attempted thus far:
1. Clear cache on all browsers
2. Tried multiple browsers, all same results
3. Ran all updates on her device
4. Rebooted multiple times
5. Removed her roles and readded them
None of the above made any impact. Any tips are appreciated. Thanks!
