Turn off Prompt on purchase orders

Is there a way to turn off the prompt on purchase order, "Items on this line have been received and billed. Are you sure you want to modify this item?" Our team updates the line on the PO with tracking numbers, so they are having to hit ok 20+ times just to update one item.
