Looking for the best way to stock and ship products for others

Hi all;

We are considering using our space to stock and ship products for some other folks. We'd like our shipping team to be able to use NetSuite for this as well. As suggestions on the best way to setup our instance to essentially become a 3PL for other online stores?

Questions around subsidiary/location/inventory and costing structures are floating around in my head.
