Reverse Charge on with SuiteTax - Not working for UAE

Hi,

We have migrated from legacy tax to Suitetax and I do not see that the reverse charge is working.

Please see my setup and let me know if I am missing something:

Nexus:

Tax Type and Tax Code:

By default on the bill lines, it takes ZR and not the reverse charge that was attached to the vendor:
