Auto Collections Emails
Hello,
I have figured out how to create the saved search and the workflow action to send automated past due statements by email to customers with past due balances. The issue I'm running into is that the email under the subcustomer is not being picked up by the workflow action so when I am testing the auto emails for some reason they are all being sent to me rather than the email listed under the subcustomer. Do you know how I can fix this?
