DKIM Setup, or is there a better way?
We have an automated workflow that send pdf copies of our invoices to customers, we experience a small number of bounceback or failed emails due to what I believe is issues with the email header. I researched and set up DKIM in my production account and sent the two CNAME keys to my IT department to add to our DNS record but I am still getting the "Action Required" and getting some failures. Our support level sucks so pretty sure no one in support will help us. What other steps can I take to get these
