Operation of Transaction Default Sublist View on Customer Records
We would like to make it easier for reps to find transactions for a customer that have a specific item on them. We've already created a custom version of the Item Transaction Sublist View to include a filter for Customer on it. With this, reps can open an item record, go to Related Records > Transactions and filter the results for a specific customer (and transaction type). That works great.
We tried to do the reverse by creating a custom version of the Transaction Default Sublist View to include a filter for Item on it with the hopes that reps could open a customer record, go to Sales > Transactions and filter the results for a specific item (and transaction type). But that doesn't work.
