Email reminder functionality of a saved search

Hi team,

I created a saved search that would allow you to see rejected PO/VB. I want this saved search to be set as a reminder portlet and the creators of those PO/VB to receive an email reminder. I saw this email tab. Does it mean that I have to specify the recipients of the email? Can it be specific to the one who created the PO/VB that was rejected? Also, can those be imported?
