Generating an GL account activity

in Ask A Guru 2 comments

Hi,

I'm having issues seeing a specific GL account on my balance sheet and income statement even if I include the "Show zero activity" option under the report customization.

In my trial balance those GL accounts are shown as "active" however for some reason I'm unable to find them in my reports and I'm unable to see when we last booked any activity to those accounts.

Would you be able to help me with this?
