NetSuite Analytics: The Workbook contains inactive fields. Blocks saving the workbook.

The last three times I tried to edit NetSuite Analytics workbooks, I can't save my changes. If I hover over the grayed out save button, it says, "The Workbook contains inactive fields.". I check both the workbook and the dataset, and I find no such "inactive fields". hhhmmm. What am I missing?
