Formula in Saved Search to pull in Amazon orders created after a 30min lapse

I need to write a formula that will pull in Amazon orders 30 minutes after the order was imported into NetSuite. Amazon allows a 30 minute window to cancel orders, so we need to wait before sending to the shipping department for processing. Is there a formula that would calculate this? I found this in SuiteAnswers regarding cases not assigned in 30 minutes, so thought this formula may work, but the formula they have listed gives me errors.
