Cannot find some specific names in drop-down list on saved search email recipient

Hi,

I created a saved search and wanted to put my name under the recipients saved search email to get updates. But I can't find my name even I have setup "Support Role" and "Support Rep" in the employee record (but the other names still show on the list)
