Is it possible to rearrange the Payment tabs

Since installing the Cybersource for NetSuite suiteapp, the tabs under Billing on a Sales Order aren't in the best order. I've looked in all the usual places to edit the tab order but don't see anything. Perhaps it isn't possible. Does anybody know if the tab order here can be adjusted?
