Customer B2B Portal integration with NetSuite System

Hi, Gurus,

We have a few customers that we need to download their order (csv file) at their B2B portal website . Then we using excel macro to convert their csv file to our own format of csv file, then we manually upload the csv file to NetSuite System.

Is there anyone how to integration this B2B order to our NetSuite System without manually ?

Beside scripting, what else we can do for this ? can we do automate upload csv file from folder ?

Highly appreciated any suggestion !
