how to create a line via workflow in an inventory adjustment

hi there,

is it possible to create a line via wf in an inventory adjustment? I've been trying different ways but the line was not created, below the error:

another situation I need to solve and seems quite difficult is to copy the 1st line of the IA and reverse the quantity at certain trigger (for example change of status). Is this possible or need scripting?
