Sandbox account not showing under My Roles

Hi, since days ago, existing sandbox roles aren't showing on the login page, i'm the admin and later i was trying to change a password for an user, i don't know if it's related to this, but the system shows an alert, saying that only the user can establish a new password because it' has access to more then one account. It's related to the previous updates on the platform?
