Reminders portlet shows 0 results for a saved search but when you click into it there are plenty
Afternoon everyone!
Got a strange one. I've a simple saved search of journals awaiting approval in the organisation that I have as a reminder too. There are 49 shown on the saved search but the reminder says zero on the dashboard (even after refreshing). This is the reminder, and if I click into it:
The criteria is as follows:
And the results is as follows:
a) if I remove the 'Amount (Debit)' sum it shows as the correct number on the reminders portlet on the dashboard.
b) I've tried changing the amount field to other amount fields, and tried a formula field but the results always revert back to zero on the dashboard when I run it
