Netsuit UNEXPECTED_ERROR Journal Entry Post

I using a python script to import a journal using journal entry post api, With 1800 rows it work perfectly fine (around 3 min ). When i try whit more data, 3800 rows it takes over 30 min and finish it with detail":"An unexpected error occurred. Error ID: lws6skoetud6atgj697n","o:errorCode":"UNEXPECTED_ERROR"

Any ideea why this happing, is there any limitation of rows or time to proccess?
