Checkout Not Allowed! Please Help

Hi, we have a customer that is getting the error message when
trying to checkout… "Not Allowed. Sorry! You have no permission to view
this page."

We just changed our processor to Braintree Tree by
Paypal and we installed the Chargeback Workflow bundle. is this permission issue? What do we need to update in the permissions here? Thanks in advance for your help!
