Contract Renew Now button missing
We have a situation where we're unable to get the Renew Now button to appear on some contracts. When missing, we noticed that the item field Renewals Exclusion is always blank. To resolve, we check that box, save, uncheck the box, save and the button is now present. But this does not work for all customers. It does not work for customers with a Canadian currency. But that may be unrelated. Maybe there's another reason we cannot get it to appear for just these few customers?
