Will ai eventually be able to process sales orders?
Will ai eventually be able to process sales orders in NetSuite? Our orders have many considerations. Some considerations are:
- Is the order with only items from our warehouse, or is it drop-shipped from a supplier?
- Is the customer a reseller that wants us to "Blind Drop-Ship" the order to their customer? If yes, then switch the sales order form.
- Did the customer leave any special notes during checkout?
- Is the order fulfilled from one location or two? Make two fulfillments if two
- Some of our items have custom artwork… is art high enough resolution?
- What sales channel gave us the order? If from Amazon, bill as an invoice… if paid with credit card, bill as a "cash sale"
