Integrated Shipping Question- can you print a 4X4 label from NetSuite?

We are currently setup to use integrated shipping 4X6 labels. We now have a customer requiring the label to be 4 X 4, is this something I can setup via NetSuite? Can you have two different sizes and tied to the same carrier account?
