Sample free gift to customer before the original order
Hi,
Good Day to all.
Can somebody please advise how can we manage to config the scenario of sending sample free gift to customer before the original order placed.
I have thought about the possible way out for this:
a> Normal sales order process having item rate zero( but the problem is with the solution is client has an another requirement to lock the sales order item rate field, so that means during the sales order user shouldn't have access to modify the rate)
b> Separate item creation for Sample/Gift item. No rate setup should be available for this item so during the SO user can proceed to save the transaction without any rate.
