Customer Specific notes on Pick tickets
We have customers who have specific instructions for delivery, or customers who have door codes, or specific delivery time frames. I need to be able to get these specific notes onto pdfs like pick tickets or packing slips.
I realize there is a user notes tab on customer record, but we use this tab for internal notes that we don't want on the pdf.
So to summarize I need to know how I can create a specific field for notes that I can print on the related pdfs such as pick tickets. How would I move the notes to a particular form.
