NetSuite SCA error Your account has been disabled. You are not permitted to log

Question

We are testing customer logins to the SCA site, I can login to the sight fine using other customers, but one customer when we try to login we receive this error: Your account has been disabled. You are not permitted to login.  The customer is not set as inActive they have a credit limit but $0 balance due.  What would cause this?

Nice to see you posting here @User_C3WZE,

It appears that the 'Customer Center' or any custom role is presently inactive in your account. Activation of this role is necessary, regardless of any potential custom Customer Center roles in the future. To activate it, please review and follow the steps outlined below:

* Navigate to Setup > Users/Roles > Manage Roles
* Tick "Show Inactives" checkbox
* Check if "Customer Center" or any custom role is set to Inactive.
* Uncheck "Inactive" checkbox for Customer Center role. Ensure other custom Customer Center roles being used by Customers are also set to Active.
* Click Save
