Billing schedules on projects

Dear,

Currently I am defining billing schedules on projects.

I noticed that I am only able to add a billing schedule with the recurrence pattern: "Fixed bill date".

However I would like to use the "Anniversary Bill Date".

Is there a reason why I cannot select this?
