Not sure if anybody else has had this issue with NSAW Data Augmentation using the semantic Model Extensions
At another client I have tried adding some data augmentation and have now ended up in a situation where I cannot go forward or reverse
Anything I try ends up with the same error message 'Internal Error'
Step 1 has been to 'undo' by trying to delete augmentation that was done - Internal Error
Step 2 was syncing the branch- internal error
Step 3 was to go into the branch and delete it
The deletion message pops up, but nothing happens. It simply does not delete and the only option becomes cancel
If I try to modify the existing augmentation- it responds with 'Internal error'
If one clicks on Developer tools in the browser, the only error is ' 503 (Service Unavailable)'
Network
I am now stuck
- I do not have any more information to troubleshoot the issue
- I cannot undo or delete what was done or move forward
Any advice/experience on data augmentation ';troubleshooting' would be really appreciated
I have logged a case with NetSuite through Suite answers but have not had any replies
