How to set 3 approvals in inventory adjustment

Hi, Gurus,

Is there any other solutions Instead of waiting or pending the below enhancement ?

Enhancement: 112294 Transactions > Inventory > Adjust Inventory > Require approval before an inventory adjustment affects the company records or books.

I tested in Sandbox, the button of "Approve" and "Reject" working fine except the GL impact posted before IA approved.

Do we need script for this control ?

can someone share the script if any ?
