Customer setup for a multi-branch manufacturing
Hello. I'm working on implementing NetSuite for a manufacturing company with multiple branches.
- Owner would like the Customers to be setup for each branch so they can select their branch and see only their customers. Also would like when looking at a single shipping address to see their contact, notes, etc.
- Accounting was wanting a single customer with multiple ship to addresses.
Is the best setup to have a parent-child relationship for each ship to address and add a branch field to the customer record?
Any help is greatly appreciated!
