Standard Cost Field Hidden?

I've recently moved a client from Average Costing to Standard Costing. Based on the Oracle documentation, there should be a Standard Cost Field located under the inventory tab, but I don't see it on any item record. Does anyone know if the name was changed or where I can find it?
